Domestic Deliveries (Inside UAE):

- Dubai: Order by 1:00 pm (Mon-Sat) for same-day delivery. Suits delivered the next day.
- Rest of UAE: Order by 1:00 pm (Mon-Sat) for next-day delivery.
- Delivery Charge inside UAE: AED 35/-
- FREE Delivery for orders AED 2500 and above.

Once your order is delivered to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Our courier operates Monday to Saturday during business hours and is closed on UAE public holidays.

International Deliveries (Outside UAE):

- GCC: Order by 1:00 pm (GMT+4) (Mon-Sat) for 1-3 days delivery, subject to customs clearance.
- Rest of the World: Order by 1:00 pm (GMT+4) (Mon-Sat) for 1-3 days delivery, subject to customs clearance.
- Delivery Charge outside UAE: AED 85/-
- FREE Delivery for orders AED 2500 and above.

Similarly, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details for international orders. Please be aware that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer shipping times. In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.

For orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States, formal customs clearance is required. Our last mile partner may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number to facilitate doorstep delivery.
