For orders placed in international currencies such as KWD, QAR, SAR, BHD, USD, EUR, GBP,  and/or other we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments DHL will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.

Our courier partner may request to you present certain documents (e.g., National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) in order to complete and clear the customs department's requirements.

ALALYA cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

The majority of orders arrive within 1-3 working days. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
